We contact the homeowner, extract and dry, and document everything the adjuster needs. You get credit for the job either way.

When is the bonus paid?

The day we inspect the job you sent. The amount, $250 to $500, depends on the job and is shown in your portal before it's paid.

How is the 10% worked out?

On insurance jobs, it's 10% of what the insurance company agrees to pay, after office costs. Your portal shows the agreed price, the office costs and your amount line by line.

What if the homeowner doesn't use insurance?

You still get your bonus once we inspect. The 10% applies to insurance jobs.

How do I send a referral?

Call or text (516) 717-9616 with the address and the homeowner's number, or add it in your partner portal. Either way it's tracked to you.

Do I need a W-9?

Yes, before we can pay you. We'll ask for it when you're set up.
